Delivery & Returns

1. If for any reason we can not fulfil your order , a full refund will be credited to your account for the price paid.

2. Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of cleared funds.

3. Your order will be delivered to the address as on your order unless otherwise advised by you to send to an alternate address.

4. For security reasons a return address label  is palced on the back of your package , prior to delivery.

5. Should any situation arise that delays your order , you will be contacted immediately . Our aim is to ship all products within 2 - 14 days , and no longerthan 21 business days . These are approximate.

6. In the event of delays or any other matters being out of our control , no liability will be held by us.

7.Should an item/package become lost in the post , a refund will be credited to you account or a replacement sent after a period of 15 working days for uk dispatch , 25 working days , all other deliveries. A full signed confirmation form will need to be completed ,by the adresseeof the parcel , for all lost and missing items in the post, prior to refund.

8. Any errors or omissions of your order, will be corrected upon notification.
